Is the battery owned or leased?

With the New Renault ZOE Z.E. 50, the battery is owned as part of your purchase meaning there is no additional monthly lease cost as with previous ZOE models. For added reassurance and peace of mind the traction battery in New ZOE comes with an 8 year/100,000 mile warranty* so you can drive away worry free.

Renault ZOE Charging Times

The length of time it takes to charge your car will vary depending on battery, motor and charging equipment. As an example, your New Renault ZOE is able to charge at home via a home wall box. New ZOE will charge from 0-100% in 9 hours and 25 minutes from a 7kW wall box, so you can enjoy your evening, go to bed and wake up to a fully charged ZOE! In addition to it's rapid charging, you can view your New ZOE's battery levels and remotely control its functions via the MY Renault app. This means you can schedule charging, plan your journeys and even activate and schedule air conditioning or heating for when you wake up in those winter mornings. How far can I drive on a full charge?

With a 52 kWh capacity, the battery in New Renault ZOE allows you to drive up to 245 miles. An impressive electric range which is ideal for daily commutes but don't be fooled ZOE is capable of much more than around-town driving. The redesigned battery can store 25% more energy than its predecessor, despite being the exact same dimensions, you can now travel further than ever before with confidence.

Where and how can I charge my car?

There are many websites and apps available that provide details on the charging network. We suggest visiting Zap Map and Charge Your Car (CYC), both of which offer access to a large network of UK charging points, most will pinpoint public charging points close to you using your location services or by inputting your current location.

An additional feature of New Renault ZOE, you can also search for charging stations using the in-car R-Link system.

How much does it cost to charge my car?

New Renault ZOE is a cost-effective choice with the ability to charge from home (empty to full)*^ costing around £7 on average; some £20 cheaper than the equivalent amount of fuel in a petrol car. The cost of charging your car will vary between home, work and public charging points and peak times at public charging stations.

What warranty would I get with a New ZOE Z.E. 50?

Your New Renault ZOE is covered by a warranty package for up to 5 years from the date of first registration with unlimited mileage during the first 24 months, then limited to a total of 100,000 miles or 5 years whichever comes first.
