Safety & Technology Another area where the Renault ZOE shines is in the level of technology it provides. The all-electric engine is, of course, the star of the show, with the 50kW DC rapid charging unit providing a 90-mile range in just 30 minutes. But there’s far more to the model than that; the Renault EASY LINK system enables you to connect to your smartphone effortlessly, controlling all key media, communications, and navigation apps via the colour touchscreen. And, with the MY Renault App, your smartphone can also let you monitor the battery and charge level and pre-heat the vehicle before you enter. When it comes to safety in the ZOE, there is a host of measures that will provide you with complete peace of mind. A rear-view camera helps you reverse safely and easily; automatic headlight control switches from main beam to dipped when oncoming traffic is detected; and EASY PARK ASSIST will take full control of steering to slot into the parking spot of your choice. With additional features including lane departure warning and blind spot monitoring, you can rest assured that you’ll be completely safe when out on the road.
