Renault has introduced the world’s first one-piece illuminated grille, complete with a backlit emblem. There are nods to its 1961 predecessor too, such as trapezoidal rear windows and distinctive sculpted door sills, making the Renault 4 a nostalgic yet thoroughly modern vehicle. Inside, the car is equipped with a 10.1-inch digital driver’s display and a Google-powered infotainment system, ensuring a connected and convenient driving experience.
One of the Renault 4’s standout features is its impressive practicality. For instance, it boasts a low boot loading level – just 6.7 cm – making it easier to load and unload cargo compared to its rivals. With a 420-litre boot capacity and a removable 35-litre underfloor bucket, this clever crossover is ideal for anyone who needs extra storage for daily use. The Renault 4 comes with two motor options. A 118 bhp version is paired with a 40kWh battery, offering a 190-mile range, and a 148bhp alternative, with a 52kWh battery, provides a 250-mile range. Charging is fast too, with 100 kW-generated speeds, making it a practical choice for modern electric vehicle users.
