Due to continued growth, we are looking for a New Car Sales Controller.
Role and Responsibilities
This role would suit a top performing New Car Sales Executive looking to take the next step or a manager who wants a fresh challenge to join our team. As New Car Sales Controller you will report to the General Sales Manager.
This role would suit an individual with a broad knowledge of the motor trade and somebody with an outstanding track record in either sales or sales management within the motor industry. Well-developed leadership and communication skills are also required. You will need exceptionally high standards, great initiative and the ability to work in a logical and cost-effective manner. You will be able to bring new and innovative ideas into the department and will continue to drive performance
This is a full-time role which will include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
It is essential that the successful candidate is a self starter who can work on his/her own initiative whilst managing a support team based at Leeds. Experience within a main dealership is essential along with a proven track record within sales.
