Bennett Dacia Is Open

We are delighted to welcome our customers into our showrooms for Sales, Servicing and Parts.

We have implemented a new way of working to ensure we look after both you and your car safely by testing and refining new operational plans, up weighting safety procedures and working with the latest guidance from the Government to create the safest way to service your vehicle.

Your visit may look a little different, but you can still expect the high levels of service and friendly welcome you are used to at your local centre.

If you would like an appointment with our sales team, please come visit us or give us a call and we can arrange a visit to the dealership.

If you need Service or MOT appointment, you can call us to book. For safety and peace of mind, we advise you get your vehicle booked in as soon as possible.

We'd like to thank all of our customers, for your loyalty and understanding, and to our team members for their support and assistance during these exceptional times.

We look forward to seeing you soon.

Visiting your local Centre

As well as being able to provide help and support remotely through email and telephone, you can utilise our other channels including Live Chat, Video and Social Media. We have also introduced measures to protect your safety when visiting our showrooms.

Our first priority is to keep our customers and colleagues safe. Along with strict safety procedures, we are diligently cleaning showrooms throughout the day and keeping the number of people in a centre to a minimum. We would like to reassure our customers that if you do visit us these are some of the steps we are taking to ensure your safety:

  • To help us limit the number of people in our centre at any one time, we advise booking an appointment in advance, however this is not mandatory.
  • We ask you to remain a safe two metre distance from our other customers and our colleagues.
  • We encourage you to use the Hand Sanitising Stations that are prominently placed around our centres.
  • All sales desks are fitted with perspex screens and dual computer monitors for safe, easy viewing.
  • All our desks are positioned maintaining a two metre distance for our customers and staff.
  • Clear signage is visible explaining our social distancing guidelines. There are visible floor markings controlling the flow of customers and ensuring safety.
  • In accordance with government guidelines, as of Friday 24th July visitors will be required to wear a face covering when visiting our centres.
  • We will keep doors open and pathways clear to avoid any unnecessary contact
