Dacia MOT

MOT checks are a fact of vehicle ownership, that's unavoidable. If you're vehicle is over three years old it will require an MOT once a year. It is a legal requirement once your vehicle reaches three years old.

As well as the legal and safety aspect MOT testing can save you money in the future by identifying issues early, preventing from problems worsening and cost escalating a a result.

What does MOT include?

An MOT is a thorough check of the vehicle that ensures it is mechanically safe and sound in various areas:

  • Windscreen, wipers and washer bottle
  • Exhaust fuel and emissions

Our Retest Policy

Should your vehicle fail it's MOT test and is left at our dealer to be repaired, there will be no additional fee for a retest. If your vehicle is removed from our Bennett Dacia dealer for repair and is returned for an MOT retest within 10 working days following the day of the initial failure, only a partial retest is needed and a partial retest fee may be charged. Only one partial re-examination is permitted per full examination. In any other case, a full re-examination or an appeal test will incur a full MOT fee.
